Artichoke Mushroom Pepperoni Parmesano Tortino

I love artichoke anything, we usually eat this one for dinner not even breakfast. Give it a try sometime it's really delicious! 6 eggs beaten with 2 tablespoon milk 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced 3 tablespoons white wine 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni 1/4 cup grating cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 can artichokes drained and chopped 2 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon garlic powder, oregano, parsley dried. salt, pepper to taste dash of red pepper flakes 3 tablespoon olive oil 1 store bought deep dish pie shell In a medium fry pan saute garlic, seasonings, herbs, add the artichokes and mushrooms saute two minutes.  Add white wine. Remove from heat. Cool till luke warm.  In a bowl add mixture along with pepperoni and blend with eggs add grating cheese.  Pour into an oven proof deep dish pie shell and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake on 400 degree hot oven until browned and bubbly on top. Putting a knife through the middle and it comes out clean. Around 45 minutes

FIVE Cheese Sirloin Burger Recipe

  Ingredients: Ground Sirloin Hamburger 2 Pounds (Form into Patties) Parmesan Cheese Deli Sliced Colby jack Cheese Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled Deli Sliced Sharp Chedder Cheese Deli Sliced Provolone Cheese Kieser Rolls 8   Options: Bacon, Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, lettuce, Tomato   Directions: Form Sirloin Hamburger into Patties Quarter Pound Each (Makes 8) Cook on Low heat on gas grill until cooked all the way through or slightly pink in the middle then top with parmesan Cheese toward the end Slice the kieser rolls in half and butter the inside, toast on grill till slightly crisp Add cooked patty to kieser roll and top with other cheeses while burger patty still hot. Add Options if you like. ENJOY!!        

Curt's Baked Ziti Recipe

One of the many Italian foods I love to make for a crowd. Have made for my entire team at work for Christmas and then again for my Dad's Funeral I cooked the whole meal for everyone.  This is one that everyone will love and never turn down. 1 2lb container Whole Milk Ricotta 1 recipe Curt's Traditional Sunday  Sauce the Next Generation or 5 cups of store bought sauce ( 3 bottles.) 2 pounds Ziti or other pasta 1 pound ground chuck fennel seeds 4 sprigs fresh parsley finely chopped grating cheese 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella 2 eggs dried oregano dried basil garlic powder salt, pepper In a medium size bowl mix the 2 pounds of ground chuck with 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, 1 teaspoon fennel seed,  salt, pepper,  2 chopped sprigs of parsley and 1/4 cup grating cheese.  In a medium size fry pan, saute this mixture in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Made with Simple premade won ton wraps. Chopped Potatoes with bacon fried in a small amount of Canola Oil Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions sauteed You will need: Won Ton Wraps, and egg whites to seal the edges Place Another Won Ton over the top with egg whites on the edges to seal them Loaded Potato Bites: Layered 1 Teaspoon Each (1 Won ton) Sour Cream Potatoes (Chopped and cooked See above) Bacon Bits Assembled on Won Ton Sharp Cheddar Cheese cut int squares Italian Sausage Bites: Layered 1 Teaspoon Each (1 Won ton) Italian Sausage cooked Green peppers cooked Onion cooked Pizza Sauce store bought Mozzarella or Provolone cut in squares to fit Directions: Fry in Canola Oil for 5 Seconds each side on Medium Heat. Be Careful oil will splash unless using a deep fryer.

Grandma's Fresh Fig Cake Recipe

I had all these fresh figs to use up... so here's what I decided to do with some of them.  I was pleasantly surprised how good it came out!  My  grandmother's recipe.. 2 cup raw figs, mashed 2 cups brown sugar 3/4 cup shortening 4 eggs 2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoons allspice 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chopped pecans Mix sugar, figs, shortening eggs. Beat well then add the flour, cinnamon, spices, baking soda and pecans. Pour in a greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Grilled Ham Slices with Honey Pineapple

 Grilled Ham is one of my favorites, sweet, tender and love that grilled smokey taste! 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/2 cup pineapple chunks 1/2 teaspoon 1 clove garlic, minced 4 large cooked ham slices cut in half. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, red wine, pineapple, and garlic. Place the ham in the marinade, turn to coat it, marinade up to 4 hours, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn the ham in the marinade at least six times. On a hot preheated grill, cook ham slices until grill marks are on both sides dark and ham looks like its glazed.

Curt's Jack Daniels Barbecued Baked Chicken

1 - 4 lb or 5 lb Chicken Marinade: 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and cayenne pepper 2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup Jack Daniels barbecue sauce or your favorite brand  In a large freezer bag large enough to fit chicken (or you can use a large bowl) place all ingredients with chicken except for the Jack Daniels sauce. Marinate in the bag or bowl overnight. Remove chicken from bag and place on a baking pan, cover with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce ( below recipe), and place on a rack. Bake at 350 till brown and crispy. Serve chicken with extra Jack Daniel barbecue sauce below or your favorite kind. 1 cup ketchup 1 cup cider vinegar 1 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons hot sauce Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Deep Fried Loaded Potato Skin Appetizer

 One of my all time favorite appetizers!  The skins are loaded with bacon, sour cream and a medley of cheddar blended cheeses. After they are fried, they are baked in the oven then smoothered in cheese immediately when taken out of the oven and the heat melts the cheese perfectly.  They take about ten to twelve minutes to fry till golden. You will need about a 5lb bag of scrubbed potatoes, sliced thick, about 1/2 inch. 1 quart of oil 2 cups of fiesta blend cheese shredded 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 1 container of sour cream Fry sliced potatoes in several batches, in heated hot oil till brown, around 10 minutes. Put into baking dish. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven top with shredded cheese and allow cheese to melt around five minutes. Garnish with bacon crumbles and sour cream. **Optional toppings, jalapeno peppers, black olives, chopped tomato.

Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers Recipe

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or canola oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 lbs of chunk pieces boneless chicken Place all ingredients into a 1-gallon zip lock bag marinade at least 3 hours or overnight. Thread chicken on wooden skewers. Heat grill on medium. Place chicken skewers on heated grill and cook until juice run clear around 10 minutes on each side. You can also bake these on 350 degrees on a iron grated skillet for around 20 minutes.

Mom's Fried Ravioli Recipe

Mom's Recipe One of my Favorites!   1 large egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 (13 oz.) pkg. frozen large cheese ravioli, thawed or freshly homemade  ravioli . Tomato Sauce for dipping of your choice Olive oil and canola oil for frying Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each ravioli in egg, then in crumb mixture to coat well on both sides. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil mix both together to cover the bottom of the pan about 1/2 inch; add ravioli; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.... dip in sauce and sprinkle with more cheese. **Optional, dip in oil then in bread crumbs bake on a cookie sheet generously coated with oil and at 400 degrees until browned.

Whether you use Chicken, Beef, Veal, Eggplant or Fish... we can make a great dinner together with the basic ingredients Filets of beef, chicken, fish or veal cut 1/4 inch thick or for the vegetarian use thick slices of Eggplant Frying oil (Canola or Vegetable) Mozzarella shredded cheese Tomato Sauce Homemade or Store bought Grating cheese Coating ingredients: 1 gallon size Ziploc bag 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, rosemary, pepper 2 beaten egg whites with 1/4  cup water In a medium size bowl beat the whites with water. Add 2 pounds of meat choice to moisten. Place the meat in seasoned flour and shake till totally coated. In a large fry pan, place the coated meat in hot oil and fry until browned on both sides. Place on a paper towel to drain oil. Put the fried meat on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment or foil. Top with sauce, mozzarella and a generous shake of grating cheese. Curts Delectable Portabello Veggie Pizza

  Tastes ever better thank it looks! 1 Large portabello mushroom Chopped 2 Peppers Chopped You can use green, red or orange Fresh Roma Tomatoes About 5 will do it 1 Block of Fresh Mozzarella Chopped 1 Can of favorite pizza sauce (We use Don Pepinos) Fresh Dough or Pre-made Moms Dough Recipe   Spread out sauce evenly     Layer your ingredients   Yum Look at that Cheese!!!   Bake at 425 Degrees until brown on bottom and cheese melted for best results, we like ours crispy!   Is it cool enough yet?! Pasta and Vegetable Sauté Recipe

2 medium zucchini (rinsed) 2 medium yellow squash (rinsed) 1 red bell pepper chopped 8 ounces whole-grain pasta 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 (28-ounce) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes (undrained) 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon dried oregano grating cheese Fill large saucepan half full of water. Cover and bring to a boil on high for pasta. Slice zucchini and squash lengthwise into quarters. Slice each quarter into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Stir pasta into boiling salt water. Boil 12–15 minutes, till al dente. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place oil in pan, to coat. Add garlic, peppers, zucchini, and squash, 4 minutes or until veggies begin to soften. Stir in remaining ingredients,  cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid has slightly reduced in volume. Drain pasta. Remove vegetable mixture from heat. Toss with 1/4 cup grating cheese.  Stir pasta into vegetables, garnish with more cheese and serve.

Curt's Chili Con Carne Recipe

 Chili Recipe 2 cans of kidney beans 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes 1 16 oz can cut up tomatoes 1 medium onion chopped fine 2 clove of minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 package of chili seasoning mix 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 2 peppers chopped in small pieces 4 pieces of jalapenos peppers chopped 2 pound of ground beef garnish, with sour cream, Cheddar cheese shredded Fry meat in a large saucepan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add garlic, until pink is gone. Drain off fat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook for at least 1 hour on low. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded 4 cheeses ......

Mini Hot Dog Appetizer Bites Recipe

With the Sports season upon us these are always a favorite for us! Easy refrigerator dough, hotdogs and some spicy brown mustard. Give them a try the kids will love you for it! 1 package of your favorite hotdogs or cooked Italian sausage or suggestions, kielbasa, bratwurst, cheddar hotdogs, smoked sausage.  2 packages of 10 refrigerator biscuits or 1 pound of pizza dough, frozen or homemade or crescent rolls Mustard of choice, dijon, spicey or tomato Sauce and if you like, Honey flavored or plain barbecue sauce. Spices: cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper grating cheese extra virgin olive oil Take a tablespoon of dough roll out or flatten to a 1/4 inch thick. Put a dab of your favorite sauce on the dough I usually use( hot mustard for hotdogs or tomato sauce for Italian sausage, or barbecue for cheddar brats). Curt's Delectable Herb Cheddar Biscuit Recipe

I am a bread lover kind of guy. We love our cheddar biscuits, these are one we make at least once a month with our meal. Very addicting if I say so myself..  hope you like the recipe. I could eat just bread sometimes, the cheese is my favorite! Plain Biscuit Dough 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup shortening 2 tablespoons butter, chilled 1 cup milk Heat oven to 450°. Adjust oven rack to center position. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Cut in chilled shortening and butter until you have pieces the size of small peas. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; pour in milk. Add any cheese or spices at this point.  With a wooden spoon, gently blend dry ingredients into the milk, just until mixture is clumping together. If necessary, add a few more teaspoons of milk. Transfer dough to a floured board.  Roll out in a circle about 1/2-inch thick. Usi

Curt's Delectable Italian Calzone/Stromboli Recipe

Start With Moms Dough Recipe Stromboli: Directions: 1. Take Fresh Dough and spread out on a Crisco Greased Cookie Sheet 2. Layer out ingredients: Mozzarella, Deli Ham or Capicolla (Italian Hot Ham), Salami, Bologna,  (All Cold Cuts Sliced into small 1x1 squares 2 or 3 slices each), Pepperoni, Pecorino Romano Cheese. 3. Drizzle Olive oil Lightly over the ingredients for extra flavor 4. Dust insides also with granulated garlic or garlic powder and Italian Bread Crumbs 5. Top ingredients with additional Mozzarella Cheese (Not too Heavy) 6. Fold Stromboli so that all sides are overlapping with no holes in Dough 7. Ensure that all exposed folds are placed down on a new non greased Cookie sheet with Parchment Paper. 8. Egg wash Out side of dough and again dust with Pecorino Romano Cheese, Oregano and Garlic powder. Bake at 400 Degrees F Until outside golden brown and Crisp and inside no longer doughy. Refrigerator Dough Mexican Appetizers

3 oz cream cheese 1/2 mexican shredded cheese 3/4 cup cooked meats such as ground beef, shredded pork or shredded chicken (for vegetarian use refried beans) 1/3 cup salsa or taco sauce 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix packages of 10 or more refrigerator biscuits Heat over @350 degree oven. Soften cream cheese with the mexican shredded cheese mixed together ( you can soften for 30 seconds in the microwave). Add the seasonings meat and all other ingredients except rolls. Flatten refrigerator rolls out, add a teaspoon of the mixture and spread out on the dough with the back of a teaspoon evenly, roll them up and place on a baking sheet seam side down.  Bake 10 minutes or more (sprinkling  extra  cheese on the tops which is optional) or until golden brown on top.

The skies the limit with these delectable desserts. I whipped these up in no time. The kids can help, they are as yummy and fun to make as they look. Get your creative juices going! Desserts in 5 minutes! One of my favorite combinations is the coconut and chocolate.  Taste just like a famous candy bar can you guess what it is? Great for get togethers, picnics and a crowd! Pecan Shortbread Trifle Dessert Crumbled Shortbread Cookie and Vanilla Pudding (Homemade or Store Bought) in glass Top with Crumbled Pecans and garnish with whole cookie on top.
