Zombie Twice Baked and Loaded Potato Skins

Baked Twice Hence the Zombie Nickname  Super Easy and Yummy BAKED Potato Skins What you Need: Amounts vary based on how many you make obviously so use you best judgement ;) Your favorite Potatoes (Red skin, golden, Idaho exc....) A set of Butter Knives <I'll Explain in a little bit> 1 Spoon Butter Real Bacon Bits Sour Cream Ranch Dressing Cheddar Cheese, Or your favorite melt-able Cheddar flavored cheese Garlic Powder Olive oil Instructions: Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Wash the outside of your potatoes that you are going to use. Stick your Butter knives through the potatoes Long ways as in the length of the potato just until the tip of the knife sticks out. The knife will super heat from the oven and cook your potato from the inside ;) Once the potatoes are cooked meaning semi soft centers take them out and slice in halves. Use your spoon to scoop the potatoes center out and place into a bowl, keep approx 1/8 of an inch attac

Microwaved Pumpkin Pie Spiced Kettle Corn

Double bagged in the microwave and this will give you  a quick kettle corn fix. This is a great way to make this inexpensive and sure to please. I was surprised how good it was. Play around with the ingredients measurements to you own taste! More or less. double paper lunch bags 1/4 cup popcorn 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon each pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon pinch of cayenne pepper pinch of salt Garnish: Melted Butter Cinnamon and Sugar   Double bag the lunch bags. Place all ingredients in the bag and shake vigorously. Wet the fold of the bag and double fold down. Place fold down in the microwave oven.  Put in at least a 1000 watt microwave or higher oven and pop until your popcorns slows down to two pops and  then remove quickly not to scorch. Add more cinnamon and sugar to the top for more flavor and some melted butter it's awesome!
