Curt's Delectable Creations

This is my First Official Review and the only reason why I am doing it is simply because I had a terrible experience. First Of all let me talk about service. The staff was spaced out hardly attentive and not "in" it.  Second we ordered drinks and all they had were 12 oz cans. Third we received our appetizers at the same time as our pizza. And all of this were served on Styrofoam Plates and not even real plates. Lets talk about food quality: Chicken tenders, Frozen, baked in the pizza oven, slightly burnt and very dry. Served with Ranch and Ketchup as well as a side of Fries that were also baked with no salt and burnt. Mozzarella Sticks missing most of their cheese and expensive. Not very Flavorful not crispy like they should be. Pizza was the best thing we ate and even that was skimped on with the toppings. The pizza crust was ON POINT perfect flavor and perfectly cooked. On a general scale of 1 to 5 from what we experienced I would give

I like an easy recipe and this one is it! Premade crust, eggs pepperoni, ham, spinach a whole meal in one pan just like a pot pie but better read on!

I love sauteed spinach, my mom makes it the best. It's sauteed in olive oil and garlic with a few red pepper flakes. I was going to make Tortellini with my Sunday sauce and Sausage. That's how I came upon this idea for a new dish. We took all three and made one! Mild and Hot sausage meat browned and added to the traditional Sunday sauce was the plan but then I figured let's make my bolognese sauce and mix it with the spinach! The recipe was a complete success.

I really love the cannoli filling in a cannoli, actually more than anything else about them. So why not use as a dip instead of all that hard work of making the shells, filling them and then they are gone in 60 seconds! Well here is my easy fix, I am happy as can be with this mock-up dip and chips!
