Quick, Easy, Cheap and Feeds Many for Breakfast!

This was always a Childhood favorite. You made the best of everything you had. In this case living in upstate NY apples were an easy thing to come by.  A Personal Note: I woke up today wishing for this childhood breakfast dish that I always had fond memories of. I haven't had these in years and Now that I have a child of my own on the way a lot of those great memories are stating to come back to me as I want the same for my kids. At this time she is approx. 8 or 9 weeks and I can't help but think about all of the things I already want to do. I also want to thank everyone who has been enjoying my blog so far. Curt's Grilled Balsamic Italian Herb Chicken Recipe

Curt's Grilled Balsamic Italian Herb Chicken Here is one I did a guest post on awhile back that was awesome. During the grilling season you won't want to miss out on giving this one a try. Maybe some of you remember it on, this is a rerun of my guest post!  Happy safe grilling!   @What's Cookin' Italian Style Cuisine 6 fresh boneless chicken breasts sliced around 1/2 inch thick Marinade for 1/2 hour in 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons lime juice. Drain. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Grill boneless chicken breasts on each side or until juices run clear on low heat and golden brown on each side.  Balsamic Lime Sauce: 1 teaspoon lime zest 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon good grade balsamic vinegar 1/4 teaspoon each oregano, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper 1 clove minced garlic 2 tablespoons parmesan 4 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons canola oil
