In Memory Of Our First Baby Cat Gene R.I.P.

Very saddened by the lost of our baby kitten. He was only 18 months old and had a urinary blockage. It happened so fast. He was lethargic and not eating. After bringing him to the Vet,  they said he needed surgery.   He had a stroke due to the anesthesia during the surgery.  R.I.P, little Gene we will always love you. 12-26-2012                  Goodbye to our baby boy...we are going to miss you so much!

5 Min Garlic Buttered Parmesan Egg Noodle Recipe

So Simple! 1 Bag of Egg Noodles 1 stick of butter 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil Fresh Garlic Clove Chopped Teaspoon each Parsley. Oregano, Garlic powder 1/4 Cup Parmesan Romano Cheese Boil 1 Bag of Egg Noodles until tender, strain in colander. Put Noodles back into hot pan melt butter and toss. Add all Ingredients above and toss again to ensure coated well. Simple and Delicious! ENJOY!

Chicken Cutlet Ricotta French Bread Open Faced Sandwich Recipe

This is a favorite open faced sandwich.  The garlic bread enhances the flavors in this sandwich along with the wonderful Ricotta cheese. This becomes a whole meal in itself. 1 French Bread Loaf split in two 2 Chicken Breasts sliced thin and see below Italian Style Panko Flavored Bread Crumbs Pizza Sauce Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese Grating cheese Garlic powder Olive oil Egg whites Optional: Shredded Mozzarella cheese Toast the French bread brushing with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Spread a layer of sauce then spoon fresh whole milk Ricotta cheese on top. Add the chicken cutlets on top and generously sprinkle with grating cheese. Bake on 425 degree hot oven until hot and bubbly. (Put the mozzarella cheese on top before baking if using) For the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into thinner pieces. Dip into egg whites then into Panko bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Chili Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  My Crock Pot Chili Recipe   Start Off by making your favorite Chili, or click the link above ^^ here ^^ and make my Chili. Hollow out a few of your favorite bell peppers and put them in the oven at 350 until soft. Fill them with Chili, Top them with your favorite cheese and put them back in the oven until oooey goooey melted! YUM!   Serve   ENJOY!!   

Roasted Peppers with Eggplant Parmesano Sandwich

1 jar roasted peppers Long shredded Romano Grating Cheese Eggplant Parmesan Recipe Click here for my Great Grandma's Recipe Toasted rolls Butter Garlic powder, oregano Slices of mozzarella cheese Toast the buns with butter on them. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder and grating cheese. Place the eggplant on the roll with a thick slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with roasted peppers. Sprinkle with more grating cheese, oregano and salt, pepper to taste.

Jenni's Secret Roasted Game Hens Recipe

What You'll Need: 2 Cornish game Hens (If Frozen, will need to be thawed) 1 1/2 sticks of butter Seasonings: Garlic, Parsley, Oregano, Salt, Pepper Ensure to take off metal prongs from feet before doing anything else. Optional: One of these: Lemon, Lime, Orange, Mandarin, Tangerine or any other "Sweet" Citrus Fruit. If using fruit inside you will need to tie legs together with cooking/baking string. Directions: Pre Heat Oven to 425 Degrees. Use stick of butter (Unmelted) and glaze outside of both game hens. Then season with above seasonings to your liking. Stuff Cavity with fruit of choice (optional) Place in oven breast up for 90 min. baste with melted butter every 25 min. ENJOY!

Turkey Cranberry Panini Melt Sandwich

Leftover Turkey works perfectly with this great tasting sandwich 8 slices turkey breast 4 sliced pepper Jack or provolone cheese 4 Slices Thick Cut Italian Bread 4 teaspoons cranberry sauce 1/2 cup jar roasted red peppers drained Cooking Spray or use butter Preheat Panini maker or use a cast iron skillet. Spray the outside of the bread and panini maker or butter. Spread 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce on each bread bottom half. Fold turkey in half and place 2 slices on bottom half of the one slice of bread. Place 1 slice cheese or more on top of turkey slices. Dice peppers and divide evenly over top of the cheese. Place on the preheated panini maker and cook until cheese is melted.  You can also bake these in foil in the oven on 375 degree sprayed with cooking oil.
