|Chicken Skewers with my Jack Daniels Sauce Pineapple and Peppers|
4 chicken breast cut into chunks marinated see below
fresh or canned pineapple chunks
peppers cut up into small pieces
1 recipe of my Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce CLICK HERE
Marinade: 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper and pinch of cayenne pepper. Place chicken in a ziplock bag 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Soak the skewers in water for around 30 minutes. Thread the skewers with pineapple, peppers, chicken.
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill on both sides around 10 minutes each side. Brush with Jack Daniels Sauce, reserve more for dipping.
