2 pounds ground beef
1 16 oz can diced petite tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup flour
(1 onion pureed and
1 green bell pepper chopped pureed)
hamburger buns toasted
Place everything in the slow cooker except for the buns and flour. Put on low for 6 to 8 hours or high 4 to 6 hours. Add the flour 30 minutes before the mixture is done. Add a little water to the flour to make a paste and stir into this mixture continue cooking for 30 more minutes to thicken. Serve on hamburger buns
